At TTS we understand that you may want to sample an item before you commit to purchasing the item. Unfortunately this is not something that we can provide.
This is due to items we supply coming to us pre-packaged. However our extensive range of products are of the highest quality and are always improving and adding to our already impressive catalogue.
We are absolutely certain that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If however you do decide to change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to return it back to us ensuring the items are unopened and in their original packaging.
Once the items have been returned and checked you will receive your credit note or refund!
TTS are proud to partner up with Parcel Force as our choice of courier for our deliveries of stock items in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
There are certain deliveries that may not be dealt with via Parcel Force, for example; where a pallet delivery is required, we would use DMW as our chosen courier, and also for our direct delivery items which will be delivered by the suppliers preferred courier.
Parcel Force and Royal Mail from 2nd of June will become dual branded, what does this mean for you? This will allow for maximum efficiency between Royal Mail and Parcel Force as they are then able to operate on one another’s extensive networks, and access to each others vehicles which will improve the way we deliver parcels to you, and also collect parcels, no matter the location!
We know that sometimes you will need a formal quote as a means of obtaining authorisation for an order that you may wish to place with us, and we are more than happy to support you with that.

All of our products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery for faulty defects.

For speed of processing your payment following the payment of your invoice, please ensure that the following email address is listed within your financial system to enable your remittance advice to automatically be directed to us; accounts@tts-group.co.uk.
Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email to the email address on your account with estimated despatch dates.
If you have not received your order after 5 workings days from the estimated despatch date, please contact us and one of our Customer Service Advisors will be in contact with an update on the status of your order.
In order to change any account details, including your delivery and invoice address, email address, and telephone number you can complete a quick and easy form on our website to advise of any changes.
Please note this only applies to establishment accounts, i.e. schools, nurseries, colleges, and business accounts. If you’re logged into a private account there is a different process to follow, both methods will be listed below.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have taken a decision as a business to no longer supply paper copies of delivery notes. However, your invoice, which is generated upon the despatch of your order provides you with an itemised summary of your order.
