At TTS we understand that you may want to sample an item before you commit to purchasing the item. Unfortunately this is not something that we can provide.
This is due to items we supply coming to us pre-packaged. However our extensive range of products are of the highest quality and are always improving and adding to our already impressive catalogue.
We are absolutely certain that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If however you do decide to change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to return it back to us ensuring the items are unopened and in their original packaging.
Once the items have been returned and checked you will receive your credit note or refund!
Important to note; Direct delivery items do not follow this same rule, if you change your mind about a direct delivery item there will be a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from the credit note/refund total once the item is returned.
TTS are proud to partner up with Parcel Force as our choice of courier for our deliveries of stock items in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
There are certain deliveries that may not be dealt with via Parcel Force, for example; where a pallet delivery is required, we would use DMW as our chosen courier, and also for our direct delivery items which will be delivered by the suppliers’ preferred courier.
Parcel Force and Royal Mail from 2nd of June will become dual branded, what does this mean for you? This will allow for maximum efficiency between Royal Mail and Parcel Force as they are then able to operate on one another’s extensive networks, and access to each others vehicles which will improve the way we deliver parcels to you, and also collect parcels, no matter the location!
All of our products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery for faulty defects.
If you have purchased an item within the last 12 months and has become defective, you will need to contact TTS using this form.

We would require images of the fault where possible so that our customer service team can investigate and respond with the next steps!

Need a copy of an invoice, statement or credit note? You’re in the right place! We understand that you may need a copy of a document previously provided to you.
To enable us to provide you with a copy of a document, all you need to do is fill out a quick and easy form. Once you’ve clicked on the link, all you will need to do is navigate to Payments > Click on the form relevant to your request > then fill out the form.
Once you have submitted your request, one of our friendly customer service advisors will be in touch with a copy of the document requested.

If you have not received your order after 5 workings days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us by completing this quick and easy form– navigate to Ordering > Order update request. Once this has been complete one of our friendly team members will give you a call with an update and advise on the next steps!
In order to change any account details, including your delivery and invoice address, email address, and telephone number you can complete a quick and easy form on our website to advise of any changes.
Please note this only applies to establishment accounts, i.e. schools, nurseries, colleges, and business accounts. If you’re logged into a private account there is a different process to follow, both methods will be listed below.
