Address book not showing.

Are you trying to view your address book and finding it’s empty? You’re in the right place for an explanation!

The reason for this happening is all dependant on the type of account you are a part of. So for example if you are logged in as a school, nursery or as part of a local authority, you will find your address book is showing as “empty”.

So if you do see an empty address book, it may be alarming at first but there is an easy method to check your full list of addresses.

If you wish to see a list of your addresses, the solution is a simple one!. All you need to do is add an item to your basket and proceed to checkout, on this page you will see a dropdown menu with a list of all of your addresses that are on the account (see below image for further assistance).
