What warranty period do you provide?

All of our products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery for faulty defects. 

If you have purchased an item within the last 12 months and has become defective, you will need to contact TTS using this form.

The form can be found by clicking the above link, then clicking on Returns > Ordering > Warranty information.

We would require images of the fault where possible so that our customer service team can investigate and respond with the next steps!

Important! There are exceptions where warranty claims are not covered under our warranty policy.

  • Damage due to natural calamity is not covered under warranty.
  • Expected wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
  • Not taking good care of the item.
  • Wilfully damaging the item, or accidental damage.
  • Improper use of the item or improper installation.
  • Any use of the goods that are not within the specification or specific application as detailed by TTS in any documentation relating to the goods.
  • Where goods have been repaired or modified by persons not authorised by TTS.
