Do TTS provide samples?

At TTS we understand that you may want to sample an item before you commit to purchasing the item. Unfortunately this is not something that we can provide.

This is due to items we supply coming to us pre-packaged. However our extensive range of products are of the highest quality and are always improving and adding to our already impressive catalogue.

We are absolutely certain that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If however you do decide to change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to return it back to us ensuring the items are unopened and in their original packaging.

Once the items have been returned and checked you will receive your credit note or refund!

Important to note; Direct delivery items do not follow this same rule, if you change your mind about a direct delivery item there will be a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from the credit note/refund total.
